Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item was damaged, leaking, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Personal care, ingestible, or herbal powders due to hygiene reasons
- Discounted or clearance sale items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
- In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement instead of a refund.
Order Cancellations

Damaged or Wrong Product Received
